• Auction to bid will close on May 4, 2023 midnight
• The winning bid for each item will be declared on May 7, 2023 at the DISCON 2023 FELLOWSHIP NIGHT/GOVERNOR’S NIGHT.
• If the winning bidder is a Rotarian from District 3860; his/her contribution will be credited under his/her name in the Polio Plus Fund.
• If the winning bidder is from another District, he/she will be recognized by District 3860; and his/her contribution will be credited under District 3860.
• Donors and patrons will be recognized at DISCON 2023.
