Project RICAH (which stands for Resources Inspiring Children, Advancing Hope) is a community-based literacy and education initiative led by the Rotary Club of Bislig in Bislig City, Philippines. It focuses on supporting basic education and fostering a love of learning among young children which purpose is : To enhance literacy, educational engagement, and hope among children by providing essential learning resources and support.
