Signature Project
The project supports the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) at the Calbayog City District Jail by providing educational and fictional books, bookshelves, and learning resources to promote literacy, personal development, and rehabilitation. Through access to meaningful reading materials, the project encourages these individuals to gain knowledge, reflect on their experiences, develop positive perspectives, and maintain hope for a better future. The initiative contributes to creating a more supportive learning environment within the facility while promoting dignity, second chances, and positive transformation through education
