Celebrating PWD Month with Love, Knowledge, and Empowerment On July 12, 2025, the Rotary Club of Cebu Fuente (RCCF), in partnership with REACH Learning Center, successfully held the RCCF-REACH Parenting Seminar, a key highlight of our Maternal Literacy Project. From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the gymnasium became a safe and inspiring space for parents of children with autism and other neurodiverse conditions. With the theme “A World of Kindness, a Future of Hope: Supporting Parents of Neurodiverse Children,” the seminar was designed to equip parents with knowledge, support systems, and a renewed sense of hope. Esteemed professionals and advocates led sessions on autism awareness, communication techniques, behavior management, nutrition, and sensory integration—empowering families through holistic education. This meaningful initiative is part of RCCF’s ABC Caravan of Services and reinforces our commitment to raising Autism Awareness, one of our banner programs. Supporting families with neurodiverse children is not just a service project—it’s a mission rooted in empathy, inclusion, and lifelong learning. As we celebrate Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Month, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to RCCF for embracing this cause with such compassion and dedication. Thank you for standing with every parent walking a unique but beautiful journey—your support is lighting the path toward a kinder, more inclusive future.
