Scholarship Program. On its 25 years of continuing support for broadening access to higher education, the Club once again open its arms to welcome 4 new Rotary Scholars. This will be sponsored by 4 benevolent club members. By strengthening its scholarship initiatives, the Rotary Club of East Davao underscores its belief that education is a powerful tool for reducing poverty. The scholarship program is designed to provide students with a strong educational foundation, preparing them to become productive, versatile members of the community. In turn, scholars are encouraged to carry forward the program’s mission by helping others and sustaining the cycle of service.
